Carnival Luminosa Day 14: April 25, 2023 King Neptune

King Neptune threw a big storm at us this morning. The drain was spraying in good shape. I took a picture of the rainy weather and the ship position.

We are getting closer to house on the map. I must admit I am very curious what "house" is.
I grabbed soduku and fed the panda machine. The panda was boring so I tried the wheel of prosperity. I finished my coffee and left.
I went over the schedule for the next few days to try to plan ahead a bit. Today has the equator ceremony at 10 but the storm will make that interesting for sure.

I watched the wave morning show on channel 14. They rescheduled the King Neptune Crossing Ceremony to 3:15. I went down to.work on a puzzle in Ocean Plaza. I listened to an hour of trivia. Then I watched a guy who won  a jackpot move from one slot machine to another. He has played well over $100000 at the casino based on the points he has. I'm very curious how much money he has won.

I headed to.lunch in the dining room for the pumkin Ravioli (not very good), Korean Beef bowl (tasty) and the pistachio brulete (good).
After lunch, I saw rhe casino man win another $3000 on the way back to my stateroom for a quick.nap.
My alarm woke me in time to go to the top deck and record the King Neptune ceremony as it was played on the screen on the Lido deck. There were so many people in that small area I was lucky to get the view that I had.

It was a funny and entertaining ceremony but I definitely preferred the ceremony wirh Dingo Dave on the NCL Jewel in 2019.

I had just enough time to get back to the room to grab a ukulele and head to class. We practiced two hawaiian songs and one of the teachers danced hula to one of them. As always, it was fun. I really enjoy playing.music with the other passengers.
After class, I had just enough time to get ready for dinner.

For dinner, I had a cold mango soup, ribs, and Boogaloo cake. The cake was definitely the best part.

After dinner I went to see a comedian Michael Isaac perform. He was definitely funny. After the show I was ready to post to the blog and get ready for bed.
